Αυτή ήταν η δεύτερη ανάρτησή μου στο ipernity. Ψάχνοντας για ένα προσωρινό (ή μη) δωμάτιο διαπίστωσα ότι οι μισές τουλάχιστον αγγελίες στο διαδίκτυο είναι απάτες (scamms). Είναι πολύ εύκολο να διαπιστώσετε αν μία αγγελία είναι απατεωνιά. Πρώτα από όλα είναι πολύ ωραία για να είναι αληθινή. Βέβαια, πάνω στη λαχτάρα μας και στην ανάγκη μας να βρούμε χώρο, μπορεί να ξεγελαστούμε. Οπότε το επόμενο βήμα μας είναι να κάνουμε googling ένα κομμάτι της απάντησης που θα μας στείλει ο καλός μας σπιτονοικοκύρης. Το πιο σωστό είναι να μην δώσουμε πουθενά προκαταβολή και να έχουμε τα μάτια μας ανοιχτά, αφού οι απατεώνες έχουν στη διάθεσή τους πλαστά διαβατήρια και ταυτότητες, όπως και χαρτιά και σφραγίδες συμβολαιογράφων. Το καλύτερο είναι να κινηθούμε σιγά-σιγά και προσεχτικά.
Τον τελευταίο καιρό έχω βρει κάποια site αγγελιών με σκοπό την εύρεση σπιτιού στο Amsterdam. Στέλνω καθημερινά μηνύματα ενδιαφέροντος και λαμβάνω διάφορες απαντήσεις. Ωστόσο, δεν γνωρίζω το ολλανδικό σύστημα σχετικά με τα σπίτια και είμαι διαρκώς σε εγρήγορση για πιθανές απατεωνιές. Μια τρανταχτή περίπτωση είναι η παρακάτω, όπου για δυο διαφορετικές αγγελίες έλαβα δύο μηνύματα σχεδόν πανομοιότυπα στον κορμό τους. Και στα δυο εκείνος που μου απαντάει είναι μισός Ιταλός στην καταγωγή. Και στις δύο περιπτώσεις μου μιλάνε για τον ίδιο πατέρα που ταξίδευσε στην Αυστραλία και αφού αρρώστησε στην επιστροφή πέθανε. Αν διαβάσετε τις απαντήσεις θα διαπιστώσετε αμέσως την τρανταχτή απάτη. Αναρωτιέμαι πόσες ακόμα αγγελίες θα είναι δολώματα.
Επίσης, σε μια άλλη περίπτωση μου έστειλαν φωτογραφίες από το δωμάτιο και επέμεναν να στείλω πρώτα χρήματα σε λογαριασμό και μετά να μου στείλουν κλειδιά.
Συμπεραίνω σε πρώτη φάση ότι ο επίδοξος μελλοντικός ενοικιαστής του Άμστερνταμ θα πρέπει να είναι ιδιαιτέρως επιφυλακτικός και σχολαστικός στην αναζήτησή του!

I was born in the North of Netherland, Vegel to be precise where i lived with my parents before my father who was a lawyer was transfered to Amsterdam to work for DHL company as their company legal advisory and i have to come here for my masters degree in the VU university in the city center. I had my bachelor's degree in environmental science in Universitat carlos 111 where i had the first opportunity to visit Spain and lived with my father in his apartment which he has permanently bought from the owner in the house now i am staying in another house which was bought by him before he became a late.
He died few months ago after he went on a business trip to Australia when he went to Vamed Engineerings and came back with Influenza and so was inffected but was not home on time for treatment. His memories lingers in my heart daily and each time i look at his picture and eversince my mother has been in Essex, London managing my fathers firm and also handling some of our assets.. What more do i tell about my family.....!!! I have a kid brother and sister who are in school and living with my mother in Essex.
About myself:
I have lived all my life abroad and studies abroad as well but want to continue my master here to learn some dutch and know more about my culture. Well i am a non smoker, i love to read and play games, i love computing,cooking and enjoy watching people enjoy my meal and see them happy eating and finishing it. I enjoy going to the beach during weekends and also love music and watch movies at my spare time or go to cinemas. I am a degree holder in human and environmental studies and thus i am furthering my career in the university doing my masters in international science for human aswell and working aswell as an analyst, so i do not stay home that much except weekends mostly Sundays this is due to the act that i go to school after work daily including Saturdays as well.

Price for the room:
I am leasing 1+ bedrooms out, so i need responsible people as flatmates . The two bedrooms i have for rent both have double sleeper twin bed and the price is 400 euros excluding utilities.. However, for utilities which includes: water, gas refill, electricity bill, laundry, parking space and internet charges as well and there are lots more which are not included amounts 50 euros including council tax as well So the total to pay monthly is about 450 euro including utilities charges.
Being a first timer in my flat, a security deposit of 600 euros from you as requested by my mother which is to serve as a guarantee of safety of the rooms/flat either in my presence or absence, which is refundable at the end of your stay in the room if nothing was destroyed either by you or any of your guest who might come in the future I can offer to rent for weeks if that's what you want as a short rent. I can rent the rooms for a long
term lease but i will prefer a 3 months contract so we can be able to get to know ourselves better and after which the contract is renewable monthly or for a longer period. Note: you may have to pay for a security deposit of 600€ and for one month rent 450€ in advance to show some seriousness that you really want this flat, and if you need a room you are welcome, so that i can reserve either the flat or the room for you for the period you want cos a lot of people have wasted my time on this issue and i really want to deal with people who are serious and genuinely interested in the rooms, i hope you understand me? thanks once again for the interest in my room while waiting to read from you.
